Notes

The entrance to the Hall of Tomes is at ^{[67.9, 24.4]}. This quest is effectively a stealth mission, as you have to navigate around the shelves to collect the four tomes while avoiding detection from the roaming Decrepit Oculus, who can see through the Illusory Guise. Balmedar has something to say about each book.
