  • Major Power:
    • Overcharge Mana
    • 30 sec cooldown
    • Instant
    • Overcharge your mana for 8 sec, causing each spell you cast to increase your healing by 3%, stacking.

      While overcharged, your mana regeneration is halted.


    Minor Power:
    • The Ever-Rising Tide
    • Passive
    • Your heals have a chance to grant either X Intellect for 10 sec or Y mana. Chance of receiving mana increases with your missing mana.

Properties
Rank 2 Healing bonus per stack of Overcharge Mana increased by 1%.
Both of The Ever-Rising Tide's effects are increased by 20%.
Rank 3 Overcharge Mana additionally grants 10% haste while active.
20% chance to gain both of The Ever-Rising Tide's effects.
Rank 4 The Ever-Rising Tide gains an enhanced appearance.

The Ever-Rising Tide is an Azerite Essence obtained through the reputation factions in Nazjatar. This essence can only be used by healer specializations.

Patch changes

  • Battle for Azeroth Patch 8.3.0 (2020-01-14): Reputation requirements to purchase ranks 1, 2, and 3 reduced to Friendly, Honored, and Revered (was Honored, Revered, and Exalted).
  • Battle for Azeroth Hotfix (2019-08-07): Fixed a bug causing The Ever-Rising Tide to give extra stacks of [Overcharge Mana] to Restoration Druids casting [Regrowth] in certain situations.
  • Battle for Azeroth Hotfix (2019-07-17):
    • Overcharge Mana stacks can now be removed by dispels (e.g. [Dispel Magic] or [Purge]).
    • Fixed an issue where Overcharge Mana sometimes granted a stack for a spell cast immediately before it was activated.
  • Battle for Azeroth Hotfix (2019-07-16): The Ever Rising Tide grants 50% less mana in PvP situations.
  • Battle for Azeroth Patch 8.2.0 (2019-06-25): Added.
