Just wanted to ask, but is this a permanent addition to WoW? Or is it an event that goes on for a certain amount of time, before being removed from the game, like the Scourge Invasion or Ahn'Qiraj war effort? Toran Wildpaw of the Frenzyheart (talk) 02:39, 2 March 2009 (UTC)

This should be a Permenant (or yearly) event (not being removed like the Invasion - by the way that is the 2nd time they used that event) - but since it deals with Silver Covenant rep I think it is perm (not yearly like the other ingame world events) - I think it is like when they added Quel'Thalas to BC -- ( Morph | Contribs | Talk ) 04:05, 2 March 2009 (UTC)
I'll try to find the blue post but I'm sure I read that it was a new permanent world event, probably not unlike the Isle. -Howbizr (talk) 18:44, 3 March 2009 (UTC)
If it is a World event - then it will be a re-ocuring event each year like Love is in the Air and Children's Week and such - I am hoping it is a perpetual (non limited time) event. -- ( Morph | Contribs | Talk ) 23:58, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
I noticed there are achievements for all five - "Champion of the Alliance/Horde" and "Exalted Champion of the Alliance/Horde"...does this mean you can get the tabards and such from all five cities if you reach that point? That would be kinda cool, actually - and me being a tabard collector, also helpful (my human pally has 19, I need 6 more for the Tabard of the Achiever...and if I get Loremaster, that'd do it nicely, but I digress). --Joshmaul (talk) 01:55, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
Once someone fills out the achievement pages, you'll know the answer! I don't have the full text yet so I can't tell you. -Howbizr (talk) 23:12, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
Once you complete the quest B [25-30] A Champion Rises for either the Alliance or Horde factions you can go to the other Races within your faction and do the same daily quests for that faction to become a Champion of that Race -- Once you are a Champion of that Race you can then buy from that Race's quartermaster - so if you do all the Races A Valliant of <Race> quests you can, with enought Tokens. buy each Mount, Tabard, Companion, Banner, Armor and / or Weapons that is sold by that quartermaster. -- I am a Gnome  Champion of Gnomeregan and  Exalted Champion of Gnomeregan now working on my  Champion of Stormwind and  Exalted Champion of Stormwind status - ( Morph | Contribs | Talk ) 23:37, 10 March 2009 (UTC)

Hotfixes

I haven't had time to edit all the articles, but please watch the Blizz.gif bluposts for hotfixes to the tournament. -Howbizr (talk) 13:33, 30 April 2009 (UTC)

The changes you linked to mainly apply to the Ulduar raid encounter -- The changes made to the Argent Tournament is that the NPC quest giver's can not be attacked. -- (<span="help title=Morph>M o r p h | <span="help title=Morph_Contribution(s)_to_this_Wiki>C | <span="help title=Morph_Discussion_Page>T) MorphgnomeMorphdraenei 16:40, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
And more could come out on that thread. -Howbizr (talk) 17:04, 30 April 2009 (UTC)

Videos and Map

Do we really need these? I think they add a lot of unnecessary space to the article and could easily be removed. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 00:18, January 23, 2010 (UTC)

Personally I think videos are trying to take over many articles... Seems all of these are from the PTR too, so I'd say remove them... if anything only a video on how to joust would be needed (just 1, 2 at max), since the rest are just plain quests. As for the interactive map... seems to be just redundant, with File:ATG annotated map.jpg being used. Snake.gifSssssssssssssssssssssssss Coobra sig3.gifFor Pony! That map is a bit out of date.--SWM2448 01:48, January 23, 2010 (UTC)
