The Shrine of Eldretharr is the final area within Dire Maul East. It is a large open-air temple containing the felvine, numerous ancients and lashers. Its most notable occupant is Alzzin the Wildshaper, the last boss of the wing.
To access this area, one has to get Old Ironbark to break down the door in the Conservatory. After Alzzin's defeat, a direct tunnel access leading back out to the Broken Commons opens.
Alzzin corrupted the Highborne Shrine of Eldretharr and the Fruit of Fertility, using its power to shape illusions all his own. With his success, Alzzin became feared as the Wildshaper, for his power over the enslaved protectors of nature. Wandering adventurers killed him at some point.[1][2]
