The Screaming Anvil is Painsmith Raznal's workshop in the eastern, mid-level Sanctum of Domination, accessible by taking the central stair from the Torment Chambers and heading north through the Black Bellows. The chamber consists of a platform divided into squares from which spikes erupt during Raznal's encounter, suspended with chains over a pool of lava and overlooked by a raised platform where Raznal forges his instruments.
After the Painsmith is defeated on non-Raid Finder difficulties, a gate opens up on the Screaming Anvil's western side, allowing access to an elevator that takes players up to the Crown of Gorgoa.
