The Crown of Gorgoa is the apex of the River of Souls and forms the upper level of the Sanctum of Domination. Accessible via elevator from the Torment Chambers, the Crown consists of a ring around the river and the Sanctum's central spire, with three paths in different directions: the northern leads to the Chained Precipice (Guardian of the First Ones), the southwestern to the Loom of Fates (Fatescribe Roh-Kalo), and the western—the one situated straight ahead when looking from the Crown's entrance—to the Throne of the Damned (Kel'Thuzad).
