The Loom of Fates is a chamber in the Sanctum of Domination where Fatescribe Roh-Kalo resides, located on the southern side of the Crown of Gorgoa up a tall flight of stairs. The room is dominated by the eponymous loom—a system of rings on the floor engraved with Domination runes—which Roh-Kalo can manipulate in order to draw on its power and seemingly influence fate itself.
Also included in the room are what appears to be a large telescope pointed southeast out into the Maw, and the anchors of a set of massive chains responsible for pulling the Chained Precipice into the Sanctum.
