The Saronite Mines are located in the middle of Ymirheim, where the Vrykul keep slaves from the Argent Crusade to mine Saronite for the Scourge. The miners slowly lose their sanity due to the saronite being the blood of Yogg-Saron.[1] Val'kyr oversee the mining operations and cruelly motivate the enslaved miners. The Ymirjar Foreman Thaldrin leads the operation.
Darkspeaker R'khem, a faceless one, can also be found imprisoned here.
