Kul'galar Keep is a vrykul keep built into the mountains near Balargarde Fortress in western Icecrown. Within it reside the oracles of Jotunheim who receive orders from their master and scry upon others through the Eye of the Lich King.
The Bone Witch sends the player to use the eye to discover the Lich King's plans and thus she finds out about the discovery of the ancient vrykul hero, Iskalder.
