Samuel Hawke is a PvP vendor located at Refuge Pointe in the Arathi Highlands. He is the League of Arathor' supply officer and stands outside the entrance to the Arathi Basin. There are many veterans of the Arathi Basin who know Samuel Hawke well, he is the one who rewards their talents as combatants by distributing armor, weapons and magical objects of all kinds, so that they are even better protected on the battlefield.

Alliance players can buy special items from him using a combination of honor points and Arathi Basin Marks of Honor.

Due to the level banding that occurs in battlegrounds, many of these items have multiple versions with the same name. For example, there are four versions of the  [Highlander's Cloth Girdle] available at rising levels. Naturally, each one is more powerful than the last.

He is also attackable by the Horde and has warrior-like abilities.
