This item is a PvP reward, and can be purchased for 1 from  Samuel Hawke <League of Arathor Supply Officer> in the Arathi Highlands.

Notes

• Shares a cooldown with  [Insignia of the Alliance].
• According Mathias Shaw, many soldiers returned to their homes with this talisman as proof of their courage.
