Razor Hill Grunts are orc guards located in the town of Razor Hill in Durotar. They are stationed at the town entrance/exits, structures and patrol the streets. They are simple grunts that serve to protect Razor Hill citizens from the dangers in the environment such as boars and snakes as well as crush any sailors or marines that decide to launch an attack on Razor Hill from the Alliance fortress of Tiragarde Keep. They can provide directions to various locations.

Kor'kron Overseers have taken the place of Grunts in light of Vol'jin's rebellion. Upon conclusion of the events of 
[90] Battle of Razor Hill, the Overseers are replaced by Darkspear Headhunters.
Abilities
Cleave — Inflicts 110% of normal melee damage to an enemy and its nearest ally.
Enrage — Enrages, increasing physical damage and attack speed for 2 min.
Shoot — Shoots at an enemy, inflicting Physical damage.
