Injured Razor Hill Grunts can be found along the beach of eastern Durotar. Although they will not have an exclamation mark over their heads, they will give a quest to rescue four of their number.
After being rescued, each grunt will follow the player for a short time while they recover, but will not engage in combat. They will then leave, thanking the player.
Note that, while the grunts are always happy to be rescued, they do not offer their quest until you have completed the quest 
[1-30] From Bad to Worse.

Upon being rescued

- I was supposed to die in battle... ah well, another day. I will follow you until I recover.
Before departing for Razor Hill
- Thank you again. I will return to Razor Hill now.
- I feel much better now. For the Horde!
- It was an honor to watch you fight, <name>.
- You fight well. I will leave you now. Lok'tar ogar!
