Razgaji is the leader of a tribe of Zandalari troll exiles at the Scorched Sands Outpost in Vol'dun. He used to be a member of Mojambo's gang of thugs but left in the hopes of a second chance at an honest life. Shortly after an adventurer arrives at the outpost, Mojambo and his henchmons threaten the Scorched Sands Arena, and Razgaji asks the adventurer to back him up as he convinces the rival gang to leave. Mojambo complies but promises to come back and kill Razgaji.

Razgaji sends the hero to assist Mugjabu and Sezahjin in order to prepare the outpost for Mojambo's attack. After the adventurer does so, they hear from Zauljin that Mojambo has hired Tongo's gang to help him in the attack on the outpost, prompting Razgaji to send the adventurer to take Tongo's head and retrieve weapons and various stolen supplies from Tongo's crew. Just as the adventurer finishes arming the outcasts at the outpost with Tongo's weapons, Mojambo's gang attack the arena. The adventurer uses Tongo's head to challenge Mojambo to a duel that ends in the hostile gang leader's death, thus saving the outpost and Razgaji's outcasts.
