- Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07):
- Can no longer be used to heal a friendly ally for Elemental and Enhancement Shaman, it is now only an offensive spell.
- Spell damage increased by 500% for Elemental.
- Restoration version split to a separate ability.
- Hotfix (2023-07-24): Fixed an issue where Primordial Wave would not cause [Lightning Bolt] or [Lava Burst] to cleave to targets affected by crowd control.
- Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Lava Bursts are no longer fired at enemies affected by breakable crowd control when triggered by Primordial Wave.
