Patch changes

Hotfix (2024-02-06): Now travels faster to its target.
Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07):
- Primordial Wave can no longer be used to damage an enemy target, it is now only a healing spell for Restoration Shaman.
- Now replicates Healing Wave at 40% effectiveness (was 60%).
- Split to a different version from the original.
