Primordial Wave Row 10 Restoration shaman talent 40 yd range 0.6% of base mana 30 sec cooldown Instant Blast your target with a Primordial Wave, healing them for (65% of Spell power) and apply Riptide to them. Your next Healing Wave will also hit all targets affected by your Riptide for 40% of normal healing.

Patch changes

• Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): Moved to row 10 (was row 8). Cooldown reduced to 30 seconds (was 45 seconds).
  
• Hotfix (2024-02-06): Now travels faster to its target.
  
• Patch 10.2.5 (2024-01-16):
  • Class talents that were previously Shadowlands Covenant Abilities have had their spell visuals updated to match their Class visual kit.
  • Now classified as Elemental instead of Shadow.
    
• Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07):
  • Primordial Wave can no longer be used to damage an enemy target, it is now only a healing spell for Restoration Shaman.
  • Now replicates Healing Wave at 40% effectiveness (was 60%).
  • Split to a different version from the original.
