Flame Shock can be applied to a maximum of 6 targets. If Flame Shock is dispelled, a volcanic eruption wells up beneath the dispeller, exploding for (453.6% of Spell power) Fire damage and knocking them into the air. Generates 3 Maelstrom.

Flame Shock is a level 3 shaman ability. It is one of the three shock spells available to shamans.

  • Damage reduced by 15%.

• Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Flame Shock's dispel protection from [Control of Lava] is now a baseline part of Flame Shock for Elemental and Enhancement.

  If Flame Shock is dispelled, a volcanic eruption wells up beneath the dispeller, exploding for (300% of Spell power) Fire damage and knocking them into the air.

  • Restoration: Instant damage increased by 380%, over time damage increased by 180%, and duration reduced to 21 seconds (down from 30 seconds).
  • Elemental: Instant damage increased by 120%, over time damage increased by 37-74%, and duration reduced to 15 seconds (increased to 30 seconds with Maelstrom.
    
• Patch 6.2.3 (2015-11-17): Damage has been increased by 4%.
