The Nightmare Amalgamation is a fleshbeast found in Ashenvale after passing through the Emerald Dream portal at Bough Shadow during a Nightmare Incursion.

Its Aura of Paralyzing Dread can only be negated by equipping the  [Void-Powered Vambraces] obtained from  [50] The Bad News... The Shadowy Figure wanted the amalgamation dead, and worked with Ziri "The Wrench" Littlesprocket and a gnome knight to kill it, before resorting to using the adventurer.

Abilities

•  Aura of Paralyzing Dread — You mind is filled with unspeakable horror. Damage taken dramatically increased and your movement speed is slowed.
•  Entangling Roots — Entangles an enemy in roots, inflicting Nature damage every 3 sec. and immobilizing it for up to 15 sec.
