Patch changes

Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Changed from an Exotic Ability to a Special Ability. Monstrous Bite now reduces the target’s healing received by 50%, up from 25%.
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Debuff duration extended from 8 seconds to 10 seconds.
Patch 4.3.0 (2011-11-29): Monstrous Bite now reduces the target’s healing received by 25%, up from 10%.
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Now reduces healing by 10%, down from 25%.
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Changed to reduce healing received on an enemy.
