Marcus is a human located at Emberstone Village in the Ruins of Gilneas. He is also a quest giver located outside Gilneas City in the phased version of Gilneas.
During the invasion of Gilneas, Marcus was one of the few to escape the Forsaken invasion of Emberstone Village and its mine. He took refuge in Livery Outpost, where he pled a worgen adventurer to avenge his wife, killed in forced labor in the mines by the abomination Brothogg the Slavemaster.[1]
Over a decade later, he returned to his home at Emberstone Village after the Reclamation of Gilneas, amazed that his clothes were still hanging up where he'd left them.
