Lethka is a former member of the Claws of Vyranoth who has become a fanatical devotee of Fyrakk. Lethka festered with bitterness towards her former commander, Vyranoth, after the Incarnate of Ice departed from the Primalists—believing Vyranoth to have neglected her power, and to have thrown away the pursuit of power in favor of ideals—and although Fyrakk did not trust most of Vyranoth's claws after her betrayal, he continued to trust Lethka.

Lethka sought to detonate Cinder Summit in order to destroy the barrier safeguarding the Wellspring of Life from Fyrakk's assault. Confronted at Scorching Chasm by Vyranoth, the Incarnate and an adventurer went to slay her.

Abilities

•  Lava Rush — Charges towards an enemy, inflicting Fire damage to any enemy caught in the path and reducing their movement speed by 30% for 4 sec.
