Dranarus is a blood elf and a member of the Blood Knight order. He was first encountered in Shattrath City in Outland as a captain of the Shattered Sun Offensive. He could be seen training troops for the battle that would take place on the Isle of Quel'Danas.
History
Warlords of Draenor
During the war in Draenor, he appeared as part of Lady Liadrin's retinue to Talador, and was promoted to Knight-Lord of the Blood Knight order. From the Burning Front, Liadrin sent him to get the help of the Horde adventurers at Vol'jin's Pride, in order to ensure that Auchindoun does not fall into Gul'dan's hands.[1] After they cleaned up the remaining demons in the area, Liadrin sent the adventurers back to report to Dranarus, so that he could relay the information to their allies on Azeroth.[2]
Dragonflight
Following the rediscovery of the Dragon Isles, Dranarus was sent to Orgrimmar on behalf of Velen, in order to meet with the Horde adventurers. He explained that after days of meditation, the Prophet requested their presence for a matter of great importance, and gave them a teleportation crystal designed by the draenei artificers to meet him on the Vindicaar.[3]
