Kaithius is a green dragon located in the Emerald Dreamway. He later assisted in empowering the Reforged Emerald Essence in the Emerald Dream.
He joined Valdrakken Accord and is found chatting with Tithris in the Roasted Ram in Valdrakken. He also appears in the Ohn'ahran Plains.
