Jason Hayes is a Senior Composer for Blizzard Entertainment[1] and was Lead Composer of the original release of World of Warcraft.[2] He left Blizzard suddenly when World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King came out for unknown reasons, but returned with World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria in Patch 5.1. Hayes has also worked on the StarCraft and Diablo franchise and Warcraft III, as well as Hearthstone. Derek Duke, Glenn Stafford and him were the original music team for StarCraft.[3]
