"Legends of Azeroth" is the main theme of World of Warcraft and was composed by Jason Hayes. It was used as the login screen music during the initial release prior to The Burning Crusade. The theme has been remixed to fit the themes of future expansions up to "Kingdoms Will Burn" for Legion. Main themes since "Before the Storm" for Battle for Azeroth replaced "Legends of Azeroth" with new themes but have kept the same time signature (7/4), instrumentation, and ostinatos for the strings section.
