"I'm a Medieval Man" is a bonus song on the Warcraft II: Beyond the Dark Portal soundtrack that can be played at any time during a game by entering the cheat code "disco". The vocals, performed by Bill Roper, mostly consist of remixed sound bites from Warcraft: Orcs & Humans. It is a parody of the song named "Medieval Man" / "Target" from the RTS game Command & Conquer which included the lyrics "I'm a mechanical man".

Trivia
- The line "Why do you keep touching me?" is a reference to the player's cursor used to select the units and send commands in the game.
- The song is referenced in StarCraft by "medieval man", a cheat code to obtain all unit upgrades for free, and a short clip from the song plays in one of the click quotes for the observer unit.
- "Radio Free Zerg" from StarCraft: Brood War and "Power of the Horde" from Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne are similar cheat code songs.
- The Command & Conquer composer Frank Klepacki, who created the original "Target" song, stated in 2019 that he'd met the composer of "I'm a Medieval Man" a few years earlier and that he appreciated the homage.[1]
- A fan remaster of the song is included in the fanmade Warcraft III: Reforged mod Warcraft: Chronicles of the Second War.
