Hailstorm is an Enhancement shaman talent.
It is an exclusive choice node with 
[Fire Nova].
Patch changes
Patch 11.1.0 (2025-02-25): Moved to row 5 (was row 4). - Patch 11.0.2 (2024-08-13): Now displayed on the personal resource display.
Hotfix (2022-12-09): Fixed an issue where Hailstorm's maximum stacks could improperly be refreshed to a lower number when talented into 
[Overflowing Maelstrom]. - Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 4 Enhancement talent (was a level 35 Enhancement talent).
Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): 
[Frost Shock] damage bonus has been lowered to 15% (was 35%). - Hotfix (2020-10-23): Fixed an issue where the Hailstorm buff persisted after switching specializations.
- Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Hailstorm has been redesigned – Each stack of [Maelstrom Weapon] consumed increases the damage of your next Frost Shock by 35%, and causes your next Frost Shock to hit 1 additional target per Maelstrom Weapon stack consumed. Now avaialble at level 35 (was 60)
- Old:
[Frostbrand] now also enhances your weapon's damage, causing each of your weapon attacks to also deal (27% of weapon damage) Frost damage.
