Patch changes

  • Dragonflight Hotfix (2022-12-09): Fixed an issue where Hailstorm's maximum stacks could improperly be refreshed to a lower number when talented into [Overflowing Maelstrom].
  • Dragonflight Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 4 Enhancement talent (was a level 35 Enhancement talent).
  • Shadowlands Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): [Frost Shock] damage bonus has been lowered to 15% (was 35%).
  • Shadowlands Hotfix (2020-10-23): Fixed an issue where the Hailstorm buff persisted after switching specializations.
  • Shadowlands Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Hailstorm has been redesigned – Each stack of [Maelstrom Weapon] consumed increases the damage of your next Frost Shock by 35%, and causes your next Frost Shock to hit 1 additional target per Maelstrom Weapon stack consumed. Now avaialble at level 35 (was 60)
    Old: [Frostbrand] now also enhances your weapon's damage, causing each of your weapon attacks to also deal (27% of weapon damage) Frost damage.
  • Battle for Azeroth Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Damage increased by 50%.
  • Legion Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13): Hailstorm damage increased by 11%.
  • Legion Hotfix (2017-01-17): Hailstorm damage increased by 29%.
  • Legion Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Damage is now 21% of weapon damage (was 35%).
  • Legion Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Added.
