The Grave-Prison of Zakajz is a partially collapsed cavern where the C'Thrax known as Zakajz the Corruptor was imprisoned after his defeat against the titan keeper Tyr thousands of years ago. The cavern is housed under the Tomb of Tyr, connected by the Darkwalk.

During the third invasion of the Burning Legion, a chosen warrior of Odyn was tasked to defeat Zakajz and obtain  [Strom'kar, the Warbreaker] from his head. In the process, the chosen met the soul of Thoradin, who guided them to Zakajz and was able to leave this place and be at peace after the battle.[1] The Conclave priests entered the tomb and the grave-prison where they fought Twilight Deacon Farthing who had  [Xal'atath, Blade of the Black Empire]. In the end, the blade turned on Farthing and allowed itself to be claimed by the High Lord, followed by destroying the corpse of Zakajz.[2] When Travard of the Tyr's Guard and the Highlord of the Order of the Silver Hand recovered a Spark of Tyr from the grave-prison, they retreated back to the Tomb of Tyr, chased by Mordoth the Hunter, where they freed  [The Silver Hand], the prison collapsed with the tomb that lost its power source.[3]
