Granyth is a Primalist proto-dragon boss in the Nokhud Offensive. He initially circles, unattackable, over the Battle of Spears. In order for him to land and become attackable, players need to kill the Nokhud Lancemasters guarding the three Dragonkiller Lances, which are subsequently also used in the encounter.
Adventure Guide
Granyth casts his shadow over the plains of Ohn'ahra, appearing as an omen of death and destruction. As battles between centaur clans rage across the plains, he knows it is time to destroy his ancient enemies once and for all. Soon he will land on the battlefield. Clan Shikaar's ballistae will be ready.
Overview
Granyth assaults players with earthen powers. Upon reaching 100 energy, he attempts to crush his foes with a massive, ongoing Eruption.
Damage Dealers
- Tectonic Stomp inflicts high Nature damage to nearby players and knocks them away.
- Nokhud Saboteurs attempt to Dismantle Dragonkiller Lances to prevent them from firing.
- Shikaar Lancers can be instructed to fire the Dragonkiller Lance.
Healers
- Eruption inflicts more and more damage to all players until it is interrupted.
- Shards of Stone inflicts unavoidable damage on all players.
- Shikaar Lancers can be instructed to fire the Dragonkiller Lance.
Tanks
- Eruption inflicts more and more damage to all players until it is interrupted.
- Tectonic Stomp inflicts high Nature damage to nearby players and knocks them away.
Abilities
Eruption 
— Granyth causes the earth beneath him to erupt, inflicting Nature damage to all players every 3 sec. Each time this occurs, the damage of subsequent waves is increased.
Shards of Stone — Granyth expels a number of shards and inflicts Nature damage to all players within 60 yards.
Tectonic Stomp — Granyth stomps the ground inflicting Nature damage to all players within 23 yards and knocking them away.- Dragonkiller Lance — Lances take time to reload.
Dragonkiller Lance — Fire at Granyth to stun him for 5 sec and inflict 5% of his maximum health as Physical damage.
- Nokhud Saboteur
— Periodically aids Granyth by running to a Dragonkiller Lance to Dismantle it. Ignores players to complete its task.
Dismantle — The Nokhud Saboteur disables a Dragonkiller Lance, preventing it from being able to be fired or reloaded.

- In the Dragonflight alpha, Granyth's Adventure Guide entry was worded differently: "The shadow of Granyth is known across the plains of Ohn’ahra as an omen of death and destruction. As battles between centaur clans rage across the plains, he knows it is time to destroy his ancient enemies once and for all. Soon he will land on the battlefield. Teams of centaur have armed their ballistae with bolts enchanted by Clan Shikaar. They stand ready to focus the fire of their artillery against the Primalist proto-dragon, but someone must be brave enough to stand on the front lines."
