Fogl is a bakar of Clan Shikaar, initially found trapped in a cage in Mudfin Village in the Ohn'ahran Plains. They need to be freed and subsequently fight alongside the player for one minute during 
[62-65] Release the Hounds. After [62-65] Return to Roscha, Fogl returns to Timberstep Outpost, running happily around the central campfire with Zephyr.
