Patch changes

Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): Moved to row 7 (was row 9) and reduced to 1 rank. The trigger rate of Searing Flames now scales based on the number of targets [Flame Shock] is on. In single target, it should trigger slightly more often, and in multiple target situations, it should trigger less often.
Hotfix (2023-12-19): Now has a 40% chance to generate Maelstrom in PvP combat (was 100%).
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Added.
