Use the provided  [Archivist's Water Totem] at a Disturbed Earth location that is marked on the minimap, then interact with Roska's Water Totem to start the minigame. Keep the bar in the middle by interacting the dirt piles if it gets too far to the right. If it's not a find, fend off the Aggravated Silt or pick up  [Just a Rock].
