The Emerald Circle are a largely autonomous branch of the Cenarion Circle working specifically to undo the corruption in Felwood. They are stationed at the Emerald Sanctuary in southern Felwood. After the Cataclysm, the Emerald Circle also expanded to Whisperwind Grove in northern Felwood, which they managed to purify from corruption and which is now used as their main base of operations. It has also been infiltrated by several demonic imposters, including the leader Archdruid Navarax and the druids at Jadefire Run.

After dousing the four braziers of protection within Shadow Hold, Greta Mosshoof hoped that the druids of the Emerald Circle could enter the Hold and clear out the last of the cultists, and, in time, use it as the barrow den it once was.

The druids of the Emerald Circle manipulated the fel energy within the  [Impeccable Fel Essence] stone to enhance their attunement with the wild.
