Emaedi Autoblast is a gnome member of G.E.A.R. who appears during the Heritage of Gnomeregan questline. She is a sharpshooter and scout for the 7th Legion, as well as an expert on explosives.[1]
She was one of the gnomes assembled in New Tinkertown by Captain Tread Sparknozzle and a gnome adventurer to form the Gnomish Elite Aerial Rangers, along with Herk Winklespring and Fizzi Tinkerbow.[1] She subsequently traveled with the rest of G.E.A.R. first to the Fizzcrank Airstrip in the Borean Tundra to defend it from the Ironbound troggs,[2] and then to the Foot Steppes[3] and the Terrace of the Makers in the Storm Peaks to track down the troggs' master, Telzo Sparkspanner.[4] She and the rest of G.E.A.R. finally traveled into the Halls of Stone to confront Sparkspanner and his giant mech, with Autoblast and Fizzi Tinkerbow defending the flanks from waves of troggs (Autoblast using her rifle) while Winklespring and G.E.A.R.'s Commander battled Sparkspanner head-on and defeated him.[5]
Unlike Winklespring and Tinkerbow, Autoblast is not subsequently seen anywhere else after the questline's completion.

- Emaedi is named after Terran Gregory's main character, a gnome mage which he played almost exclusively during The Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King.[6]
