Dihar the Unyielding

Dihar the Unyielding was a famous centaur archer of Clan Teerai and a companion to Tsegzaya, the first daughter of Teera. Dihar named her bow after Tsegzaya;[1] she fired countless arrows with it, felling both wild game and the enemies of Clan Teerai.[2] According to legend, no centaur ever fired as many arrows as Dihar.[3]

Clan Ukhel exhumed Dihar's bow in order to raise and enslave her spirit, and a hostile version of her now roams a dell on the eastern side of the main kurgan in the Eternal Kurgans. Initiate Zorig asks adventurers to help him defeat Dihar and use the Totem of Respite to release her soul and help her find her way back to her own kurgan.[3]

A separate, friendly version of Dihar is located in roughly the same area, running back and forth in a wide half-circle in front of the kurgan. This version of her is normally invisible and can only be seen while the player character is under the effect of [Essence of Awakening]. Gifting her 5  [Writhebark] is required for  [Honor Our Ancestors].

After gift
Teera's first daughter faced many hardships. Our people faltered when Teera passed from us... they needed somebody to step up who could revitalize them.
I knew Tsegzaya had the capability from the start. I said she led with a full quiver--heart, strength, and compassion--but her strength was to fire them all at once to win the Maruuk over.
She laughed, but I named my bow in her honor. I used it to show her that she could fire many arrows at once with precision. We did not leave her side until the day I died.
