Creature classes, introduced in the Alliance Player's Guide,[1][2][3] are a natural evolution of racial classes. Many monsters are suitable for player characters, but they are naturally more powerful than most races.[1] Unlike racial classes, a creature class is not optional to heroes. A young or inexperienced creature may have this class also. Unlike racial classes, this class does not represent the creatures history, culture, and beliefs; but rather it represents its physical and magical traits and skills.
