Information

Black Rock appears at the last mission of the human campaign, Black Rock Spire. It functions as a Town Hall, but with double the Hit Points, and it cannot be rebuilt.

Destroying the building will make all remaining Orc military units launch an all-out attack on your base.

In the game files, it is given a cost of 2500 gold and 2000 lumber, but this is irrelevant since it cannot be built.
