Description
The last of our survivors have fought their way into the final chamber ahead.
Only one obstacle stands between us and the vault's exit - the leader of this demon invasion, Bastillax.
Kill him, take his power, and claim our freedom.

Kor'vas and the player's chosen second-in-command—Kayn or Altruis—sprint south into the Chamber of Night, where several named Illidari are battling waves of Legion forces. Jace Darkweaver is fighting at the top of the stairs at the chamber's entrance, while Cyana Nightglaive, Marius Felbane, Asha Ravensong, Sevis Brightflame, and Falara Nightsong are holding the northern side just as Lyana Darksorrow, Allari the Souleater, Cassiel Nightthorn, and Kor'vas are holding the southern side. In the center of the chamber, Kayn/Altruis stands ready to fight Bastillax himself and will engage him as soon as you aggro the demon. Move out of the way of Fel Annihilation, avoid attacking him while he's under the effects of Blur of Shadows, and kill the Savage Felstalkers he summons to aid him.

Upon Bastillax's death, the demon hunters all run east out of the chamber to gather outside the Vault's entrance. Assembled outside the dungeon are Kayn/Altruis, Allari the Souleater, Asha Ravensong, Cassiel Nightthorn, Cyana Nightglaive, Falara Nightsong, Jace Darkweaver, Kor'vas Bloodthorn, Lyana Darksorrow, Marius Felbane, Sevis Brightflame, Baric Stormrunner, Belath Dawnblade, Cailyn Paledoom, Izal Whitemoon, Sirius Ebonwing, Tirathon Saltheril, and Zaria Shadowheart. As soon as the player joins them, a raven lands a short distance away and transforms into Archmage Khadgar.

- The Legion has begun its invasion of our world. From sea to shore, brave defenders of the Alliance and Horde are answering the call to arms.
- However, they will ultimately fail without the aid of the demon hunters. You were uniquely trained as ruthless weapons against the Legion. It is time to go on the offensive.

Talk to Kayn/Altruis to turn in, then talk to Khadgar to pick up [8-45] Illidari, We Are Leaving and travel to your faction's capital.
