Marius Felbane is a night elven demon hunter of the Illidari, working alongside the warlock Tehd Shoemaker to track demons across Azeroth. The two have a professional relationship, hating each other and what the other stands for, but acknowledging that they need each other to help fight the Burning Legion.^[1] Marius has a felsaber mount named Haterunner.

Tehd and Marius.

During the invasion of Outland, Marius and the other Illidari invaded Mardum. After their mission, he was imprisoned in the Vault of the Wardens but released from stasis during the third invasion of the Burning Legion in 32 ADP.

Marius could be later found in various locations on the Broken Isles, where he fought various powerful demons alongside his partner, Tehd Shoemaker. In their efforts in Azsuna, they have fought a giant felbat named Felwing, a doomlord named Doomlord Kazrok, and Brogozog. His mission was to cover the rear guard of Illidari Stand by fighting the demons at Felblaze Ingress.^[2] Besides Tehd, he also worked with adventurers and requested they cull the rank-and-file demons^[3] as well as their leader, Arkethrax.^[4]

In Val'sharah, hge fought the satyr Gathenak the Subjugator. He established a camp in Highmountain. He learned that the Feltotem summoned Kuglaroth, so he went to fight him.^[5] In Stormheim, both of them were caught by Inquisitor Ernstenbok. The timely arrival of adventurers freed them.

Marius was later found at the Hijacked Portal on the Broken Shore, which he and Tehd had reversed, in order to let the Illidari attack various Legion-controlled areas. He then proceeded to uncover demons hiding on the Broken Shore.

Battle for Azeroth

During the Fourth War in 33 ADP, he and Tehd Shoemaker could be found in a cave in Zuldazar, where they had cornered a shivarra named Syrawon the Dominus. The undead warlock claimed that they needed the demon's "piece of paper" and that it was "Nothing worth reading."
