Archmage Elandra was a human sent by the Kirin Tor to assist Jaina Proudmoore on the assault of Icecrown Citadel. She traveled with her to the Forge of Souls and then to the Pit of Saron. Jaina sent her back to the Skybreaker to tell the captain that she may need a quick exit.

•  Cone of Cold — Inflicts Frost damage to enemies in a cone in front of the caster, reducing their movement speed for 8 sec.
•  Frost Nova — Inflicts Frost damage to nearby enemies, immobilizing them for up to 8 sec.
•  Frostfire Bolt — Launches a bolt of frostfire at the enemy, causing 10705 Frost-Fire damage, slowing movement speed by 40% and causing an additional 2475 Fire damage over 9 sec. If the target is more vulnerable to Frost damage, this spell will cause Frost instead of Fire damage.
