Wavespeaker Valoren is a draenei member of the Earthen Ring that is found in several locations in Vashj'ir. She is first found inside Nespirah (Alliance only), where she is rescued by the adventurer. She will help Alliance adventurers with visions of the past.
Valoren is later found in the Abyssal Depths where she gives a quest asking the adventurer to aid and free the large whale, Wil'hai. She is also found in the Abyssal Maw, outside the entrance to Throne of the Tides where she allows adventurers to get back out of that area by speaking to her.
She attended the Tishamaat in the Exodar and could be seen with other shaman in the Trader's Tier.

Why are they doing this? For pearls? For war? This ancient, Nespirah, is far more powerful than the naga understand. If they are able to turn her towards their will... the damage they could cause would be tremendous.
- In my youth, my family did not approve of my interest in shamanism. Brash and foolish as I was, I ran away from them and practiced on my own. Upon returning to my home one day, I found my parents gone. My home destroyed. They never found who did it.
- I've spent my life striving to extend my shamanistic vision to see into the past - to find out what happened to my family and who is responsible. I've come a great way. I've learned to focus on impactful events in the recent past, but I have much further to go if I ever hope to glimpse something that occurred so long ago.
