- Please discontinue adding borders to the icons, it was already decided by the majority it wasn't liked. You were even part of that discussion. (Sssss/Slithered) 22:05, 14 December 2011 (UTC)
Vol'jin Icon
I always looked at this icon and thought he was missing something and I was right, his voodoo mask. However the icon we're using right now look nicer but it was decided against to use borders because they take up space in the icon. If you remove them it will look fine.

- I think that would be great, try checking around List of unique character icons and it's talk page. There plenty of people who could use unique icons, like Anub'arak.

- High Elven Sylvanas was very good. Undead Sylvanas is good how it is. I also like Gallyix and Vol'jin. Baine and Garrosh are fine as they are.

Icon updating
Your updated icons look rather blurry, are you only shrinking the images with no other effects? (Sssss/Slithered) 02:43, 27 December 2014 (UTC)

Character icons
Hello. Do you think that, for green Kargath Bladefist, maybe we should use his Warcraft II icon instead of the recolored WoD one ? Xporc (talk) 10:46, 13 March 2017 (UTC)
- Hi!! Maybe WarcraftII icon would be more distinguishable from Orc Male icon. We should ask also to User:Klakmuf, who is changing almost "warcrat-based" icons to "wow-based" ones --Kandooww ^^ (talk) 11:09, 13 March 2017 (UTC)

Alan Dabiri's page
Hey Kandooww, I'm the guy from the Heroes wiki.
Apparently since I am a "new user" I cannot even edit a page? Can you update the Alan Dabiri page with the following content. I just spent a good bit of time gathering info and I do onto want to forget to update it. I just added a thumbnail, and some references... I thought that since I am pretty much the most active editor over on the Heroes wiki, I would at least be able to edit a freaking article over here.

Out of curiosity
I've been wondering how icons for the site are actually made and I figure it would be a handy thing to know how to do. So if you'd feel like it, maybe give me a quick run-through of the "general process"? If there even is such a thing... - I just use Photoshop and the model that I can find in MMOchampion and Wowhead.
- First I screenshot the model, then I select (with Photoshop) just the model. Then I transform the picture to be 18x18 and add a black background, then "Focus" option. And that is it. Sorry for my English, I will try to improve it tomorrow xD --Kandooww ^^ (talk) 03:29, 27 January 2018 (UTC)

- I think the reason why I haven't tried it is due to positioning. Like for example, all the different troll females, they all look one way, not sure if I should eyeball that or what, lol.

- They come from Profession World Quest icons (except First Aids). We can delete them if you want, there're just a product from a boring afternoon xD --Kandooww ^^ (talk) 22:38, 10 June 2018 (UTC)

Hey! per this edit You added level changes for Silva Fil'naveth. Granted it was a while ago, so you may not recall the circumstances. Untill then she had been listed as 65, and that's also the level she is today. Was that change just applied to all NPCs providing flight master services or did you check yourself? Icon sizes
Hey, from now and to the distant future regarding the NPC icons, could you start uploading them as 64px instead of 18px? The reason for this change was discussed at Forum:Icon sizes. - I thought so, but in pages like Arcane Vault (Warcraft III) it would be wierd if we change it in that way, no?

Did you intend to move File:IconSmall_GuardianFirstOnes.gif to File:IconSmall_AutomaGuardian.gif? The GuardianFirstOnes didn't have the page itself created for some reason despite having the file. — Surafbrov T / C 15:02, 24 February 2022 (UTC)
