[Tome of the Wilds: Mount Form]
Hey, just trying to figure out what's going on at [Tome of the Wilds: Mount Form]; judging by the edit summary it seemed like you wanted it the same as this revision? Or did you want the other revision? AySz88 (talk) 09:08, 27 December 2023 (UTC)
- Mostly yes but I did modify them a bit as they weren't really consistent with other articles. You can see the renaming guideline on this. Hope this helps! — Surafbrov T / C 12:22, 27 December 2023 (UTC)
- Ah, I hadn't realized you had made additional changes; thanks for the explanation! AySz88 (talk) 12:42, 27 December 2023 (UTC)
Tattered Certificate of Ownership
The now-deprecated certificate can still be crafted by scribes because Blizzard only removed the trainer source and not the creation spell itself. I had tested this out on my own scribe alt after the patch went live and even now it's still shown in the profession UI under "Certificate of Ownership". If nothing else, I would not categorize the Tattered version under unobtainable -- that should be saved for things that truly cannot be obtained anymore, unless you're going to apply it equally to pages like [Truesilver Breastplate]. --Alayea (talk) 19:41, 12 May 2024 (UTC)
- As a deprecated item, I assumed it was just removed even as a crafting recipe so players don't waste materials on a now-useless item so I created and treated it as a [Broken Small Throwing Knife] or a [Charred Glyph]. So thanks for confirming that. Unobtainable is still unobtainable, I'd argue that since the only way to obtain these items is from other players who happen to still know the recipe is still as unobtainable as items from past BlizzCons; as it prevents those from just learning it from the original source and crafing it themselves but I rest my case. I've asked others in the Discord and eithris provided [Corroded Saronite Edge] as an example and PeterWind said they usually add the lede as "Item is crafted with Profession (300); taught once by Recipe." so best to go base on these. — Surafbrov T / C 21:15, 12 May 2024 (UTC)
Template:Tw question
Are there fields for archive date and archive URL? I didn't see those anywhere, which is why I changed the template called to Refweb on the page for Patch 10.2.7 undocumented changes. --Alayea (talk) 06:16, 17 May 2024 (UTC)
- It isn't in the template but can easily be added if an archived link is needed. — Surafbrov T / C 15:18, 18 May 2024 (UTC)
- I've updated the template. — Surafbrov T / C 15:19, 18 May 2024 (UTC)
Density and outline mode command lines
Heya, would you know a /script command line for turning off/on the Particle Density and Outline Mode settings? -- Mordecay (talk) 16:38, 22 July 2024 (UTC)
- Particle Density:
/console graphicsParticleDensity 4
with 0 being "Disabled" and 5 being "Ultra". - Outline Mode:
/console graphicsOutlineMode 2
with 0 being "Disabled" and 2 being "High". - — Surafbrov T / C 20:52, 22 July 2024 (UTC)
Translations and the journey beyond
I understand and comprehend the situation and I admit that I am saddened by this situation. I previously asked if there was any possibility of recovering the information in Spanish that was not transferred from Fandom and when they refused I decided to start the project from scratch.
I recognize that it is an ambitious project and the Spanish community will hardly be able to keep up with the pace of work and dedication that is currently being developed in the English community but I was excited to be able to carry out this project and that it could grow little by little with the possibility of new editors joining.
I have requested the subdomain but I have to assume that they will not grant it to me for the reasons you have mentioned. However, I wanted to thank you for your sincere words.
