Biography

Warlords of Draenor

Warlords of Draenor This section concerns content related to Warlords of Draenor.

A member of the Blackrock Clan, Morketh Bladehowl was a former blacksmith who was dedicated to creating the finest weaponry possible for the Iron Horde. Fed up with their lack of respect for his superior craftsmanship, he defects to Horde led by Warchief Vol'jin and joins the player's garrison as a follower - provided Vol'jin's Arsenal has been built in Talador.[1]

Deciding to go to Azeroth for the very first time, Morketh found himself drawn to this new world and pledged his allegiance to the Horde, thus resuming his job in working as a blacksmith in the city of Orgrimmar. He was among the mourners to attend Vol'jin's funeral and took part in defending the city from the Burning Legion. Despite been a blacksmith in a way, Morketh had the strength of a warrior in him and so he joined the Valarjar, thus aiding [[ to forge as much weapons to combat the Legion.

Battle for Azeroth

Near the end of the Fourth War, Bladehowl was among many of Orgrimmar's citizens that supported the Horde rebels led by Varok Saurfang to stand against their former Warchief Sylvanas Windrunner, who had recently been committing a lot of war crimes towards the people of Azeroth. He had never trusted her ever since he came to Orgrimmar and hoped that she would answer for her treachery in forcing the Horde and Alliance into killing each other. After Saurfang was killed in a Mak'gora and Sylvanas abandoning the Horde due to revealing her treachery towards both sides, Bladehowl attended Saurfang's funeral to honor the orc for his sacrifice in saving the Horde.

Shadowlands

Stationed in Orgrimmar at the time of when the Scourge began to attack Azeroth once again, Morketh worked very hard in providing a lot of weapons to his fellow members of the Horde in hopes to be better equipped and prepared.
