Tide Razor harbored along the Merchant Coast.
Tide Razor was a frigate belonging to the Southsea Freebooters, a legion of pirates who ran their operations along the southeastern coast of Kalimdor. On the second level of the ship was the pirate's den, a place where they trained all of their thieves. Rogues of the Horde had to enter Tide Razor and battle a fierce parrot in order to steal the 
[Southsea Treasure].[1]

The Tide Razor has disappeared and been replaced by an Alliance ship, The Bellipotent. It is possible that the Alliance struck against the pirate's position for strategic purposes.
