Patch changes

Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14):
- Now has a 6% chance to trigger for every 10 Focus spent (instead of a flat 30% chance).
- Now reduces the cost of Aimed Shot when active, to preserve its value to Marksmanship hunters.
- No longer affects [Kill Command].
Hotfix (2012-10-01): Explosive Shot can now properly trigger Thrill of the Hunt. Explosive Shots that have no cost due to the effects of Lock and Load can not trigger this effect.
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now available to all specializations as a talent and redesigned. You have a 30% chance when you fire a ranged attack that costs Focus or Kill Command to reduce the Focus cost of your next 3 Arcane Shots or Multi-Shots by 20.
Previous version: You have a 5/10/15% chance when you use Arcane Shot, Explosive Shot or Black Arrow to instantly regain 40% of the base focus cost of the shot.
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Redesigned. You have a 5/10/15% chance when you use Arcane Shot, Explosive Shot or Black Arrow to instantly regain 40% of the base focus cost of the shot.
Previous effect: Gives you a 33/66/100% chance to regain 40% of the mana cost of any shot when it critically hits.
Patch 3.0.3 (2008-11-04): The mana gained from using this talent with [Explosive Shot] is now 1/3 of the normal amount per critical strike (but gets 3 opportunities per cast.)
