Therazane is a faction within Deepholm, added in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm. It is analogous to the Sons of Hodir from World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, with rewards featuring shoulder enchants not available elsewhere.
Players start out as hated with her. During the Deepholm quests, they will quickly become honored. Players can then complete the daily quests that open up or use the [Tabard of Therazane] to reach exalted.
Background
Therazane, also known as the Stonemother, is the elemental lord of earth, an ancient and immensely powerful counterpart of Ragnaros, Al'Akir, and Neptulon. Unlike the realms of Al'Akir and Ragnaros, however, her domain-that of the earth, rock, and mountains-has put her in immediate conflict with Deathwing, whose emergence from Deepholm has pushed her stony realm to the point of collapse.
Though Therazane has no love for mortals, she recognizes the role that these races might play in restoring Deepholm and evicting the Twilight's Hammer, who have flocked to her kingdom to bask in the glory of Deathwing's former sanctum. Heroes who seek the aid of the Stonemother will find that her favor can confer many blessings; among them are powerful augmenting stones borne up from Deepholm itself to strengthen the armor of those who serve Therazane's will.[1]

Faction description
The elemental plane of earth, Deepholm, is ruled by Therazane and her children, the Stone Lords. After witnessing the devastation Deathwing and his followers caused her realm, Therazane treats all outsiders with open hostility.

Daily quests
Players can complete 6 quests out of 8 each day (7 out of 10 at revered). All but one of them are taken at Therazane's Throne. If only two quests in the Crumbling Depths are offered at Therazane's Throne, then [30-35 Daily] Underground Economy is offered by Ricket from inside the Crumbling Depths (in the first room past the entrance).
- Crimson Expanse (Honored)
[30-35 Daily] Soft Rock
[30-35 Daily] Fungal Fury
[30-35 Daily] Through Persistence
- Crumbling Depths (Honored)
[30-35 Daily] Fear of Boring
[30-35 Daily] Motes
- One of:
[30-35 Daily] Lost In The Deeps
[30-35 Daily] Underground Economy
[30-35 Daily] Beneath the Surface
- At Revered, one of:
[30-35 Daily] The Restless Brood
[30-35 Daily] Glop, Son of Glop
Notes
- Starting with the quests from Diamant the Patient, players get 5 reputation points for killing Twilight cultists at Lorthuna's Gate, 10 points for Dragul Giantbutcher. However, this method of reputation gain appears to stop after you reach Friendly, so just some steps later in the quest chain.
- Players can get to and from Therazane's Throne quickly and without bothering mages or using Hearthstones by taking the portals to Deepholm from the Earthshrines in Stormwind and Orgrimmar and then the portal to Therazane's Throne, located in the northern room inside the Temple of Earth. Analogous portals exist for the return trip.
