Complete:

Tyrande Whisperwind appears at the bottom of the stairs, speaking as she walks over to gaze once again at the Tear.

Tyrande Whisperwind says: Today we celebrate a great triumph, one paid for with the blood of those most dear to us.

Tyrande makes her way up to the pad and teleports out.
