Duke Hydraxis has the following abilities:
Hand of Neptulon — Slows all enemies in a 10 yard radius. Applies Hand of Neptulon to all affected targets, increasing damage taken from Crashing Waves by 500% and inflicts periodic damage.
Crashing Waves — Calls forth a wave from the tides of Nazjatar. Dealing damage to all enemies in its path.
Surge — Charge forward, inflicting damage to all enemies within 12 yards.
Gift of the Tides — Heals the caster for 15% of maximum health every 1 for 5 sec.

Throw Globule — Deal Frost damage to all enemies in target area.
Roaring Torrent — Deal Frost damage to a cone of enemies within 30 yds.
Cleansing Current — Cleanse curses and heal self to full over 10 sec.
