Terro is a deceased proto-dragon located at the Scorching Chasm in the Emerald Dream. Although he commanded the Primalist forces at the Scorching Chasm under Fyrakk's orders, he disagreed with attacking the Emerald Dream.[1] Lethka saw him as an obstacle in her pursuit of power and killed him.
